Ingredients: 
Chasteberry, Dong Quai root, Wild Yam root, Damiana leaf, Fresh Passionflower herb, Juniper berry, Fresh Valerian root, Uva-Ursi leaf, Hops strobiles, Licorice root

Suggested use:
1-2 droppers in 1 oz. water, 2-3 times daily, on days 14-28 of your cycle. Larger doses, 3-5 droppers, can be taken for a short time. Stop when you get your period. Store in a cool dry place. Shake well before use.
