The cheery yellow flowers of arnica has been used for medicinal purposes since the 1500s and is still popular today to treat minor bumps, bruises, sprains, muscle soreness, and muscle spasms. Arnica is also used for muscular aches, joint pain, and arthritis.

Arnica flower and Rosemary leaf.
